photography

one test strip wonder

As a photographer, I like to take pictures on the things that influence me, especially my dogs. They are always there for me no matter what and they are always willing models when I have a camera in hand. I love trying to capture their happiness and love in a single moment. From Photo One to Photo Two I feel like I've gone from a freshman just trying to get her art credit out of the way to someone who truly enjoys photography. I've never been one to see the beauty in cool shadows or the texture of a piece of wood, and that much has stayed the same, but I now see in the beauty in life. I don't want to take pictures of shadows I want to take pictures of what life can look like from every perspective, be that a dog's eyes, an elk, a regular person, or a person who struggles with depression. What do they see when a they look in the mirror? What do they see when they look outside? With this mindset I don't think I'll ever run out of stories to tell or pictures to take, so this is definitely not last photo class I'll be taking at least in high school.
